Tis ThE sEaSoN....

 I would like to start out by saying that I hate snow. To me snow is only a pretty setting for christmas day THATS IT!!  I do love it around the holidays but I just hate how cold & wet it is & when it keeps me cooped up inside all day. I snowboard & ski but havn't been in so long because well I HATE SNOW. Greg & I do love sledding though , last year we found  a bunch of hills in Elk Ridge where  we lived & had tons of fun. Anyways, I do love this time of year , I love the lights,the decorations,the hot chocolate with marshmillows,christmas trees,shopping ( well I always love shopping), spending time with family & traditions. Every family has their own traditions for this time of year. I am so happy that I am able to share my family traditions with Greg & his with me. Since I was 14 my parents have been taking us kids to see The Forgotten Carols every year. It's funny because Micheal Mcclain does the same show every year but I pick up something new each time we go & it never gets old.Greg has had the chance to see it twice now with the family and he loves it. This coming week we will be going on my dads birthday with the whole family. We also draw names out of a hat to see who we have for christmas every year. Greg & I got Ella & Kylie which is fun because I always love shopping for my nieces.Since Greg & I have been married we have spent every chirstmas eve staying at my parents house because we live so far away!!! Anyways those are just some of our family traditions that I love so much.

Yes everybody Greg & I have been married for Two full years. It has gone by so so fast.I love him so much & am truly blessed to have thee most AMAZING man who I am cealed to for all time & Eternity. Our two year anniversary was so much fun this year, Greg surprised me so much...he got us good seats at the jazz game,dinner at flemmings,beautiful roses,a new coat for me THAT I LOVE, my new Jessica Simpson boots,five star hotel in park city with couples massage's and dinner at the cheesecake factory & the thing he did I least expected him to was frame all our cute new family pics in cute frames. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Greg & I always talk about dressing up but we forget & never go through with it. I love dressing Jax up though. Lat year he went as a bumble bee this year he was a pumpkin. Greg has been working tons this last month so we got our pumpkins but never had time to carve them, so we took them to my moms house halloween night and carved them there. My mom cooks THEE best chili every year for halloween. It was a fun night, I colored my little sister Jen's hair. Greg passed out candy all night, Jax got to play with his friends Tula, dusty & Sarge, We got to visit with my sister and my brother and their families,. I love seeing my nieces's costumes each year. Grace & Ella were a pirate and a witch. We missed the Johnson's I am not sure what the older kids went as but Kendall went as Alice. They all looked so cute as always. Greg & I's 2nd year anniversary is coming up in less than a month, I wanted to watch our wedding montage and decided one night why not share it with all our friends. It has like 8 different sections due to how long our montage is, it's all one video but I couldnt find a way to upload the whole thing all at once so here it is broken down in parts!!!There is oviously music to them so feel free to pause our playlist on our sidebar :)

lAGoOn DaY & oCtObEr BiRtHdAYS

Each October my family has a tradition that we all get together & go to frightmares at lagoon it's the funnest  time of year at lagoon & perfect weather. We have three birthdays in October Kendall,Ella & My mom so we decided since ALL of us could go to lagoon  together we would celebrate them there. It's sometimes very hard for everybody to be available on weekends we plan birthdays. This year was so much fun, My husband was able to actually stay there with me the whole time.... he skipped work which is so unlike him but he had his other reasons as well. Greg & I have always loved big rides and adventurous things after all one of the first dates he took me on was six flags in New Jersey, we last all day on the rides and never get sick. The whole two years of being married I have seen Greg really really sick only twice. Our honeymoon on the cruise was the worse he got so sea sick. Well that brings me back to why he missed work last saturday at lagoon. We got to lagoon at 2 pm we rode the calosses with my dad and sister Jeni, we got off and Greg was super dizzy we had just ate so we were confused. he was getting a headache.So he sat out the music express with my mom and I thought to myself ok ok he will be better after this ....NOPE . A bunch of us went to ride the tilt a wirl and Greg sat out AGAIN this was really starting to worry me because Greg LOVES the tilt a wirl. We went back to the bowary where we ate dinner with everybody and opened presents , as I was helping the little girls open their presents I looked over and my husband wasn't in his usual spot taking pics of me like he was supposed to ha ha He was laying on the table across from me , I ran over to see him he did not seem like himself if I had to put the perfect description to how he was acting it was like he drank way to much tequilla and couldn't hold his liquor. ha ha. I literally started crying t, he couldn't hold his head up without getting dizzy. I got him some water and told him we could go home but he wanted to stay. My sister Jodi and her husband had to go to a soccer game so instead of going on rides since Greg couldnt.

We took the little girls to Spook A boo and we loved it. Especially Greg ,the girls love him so much and he was so much fun with them he's a great uncle and I can't wait to see him as a daddy. We pretty much just stayed with the girls and went through some haunted houses .as much as we love the big rides we wouldn't have changed a thing we got to have a blast spending time with two of our favorite people EVER.

 

 After lagoon we were walking to the car and greg has this thing where he ALWAYS has to drive no matter what but to my surprise he handed me the keys and said I can't. I was so worried I kept handing him huge bottles of water. Monday we took him to the doctor and he said Greg looked ok, I of course went in the room with greg because I knew greg being greg would tell the doctor he was fine so me being the paranoid worried wife went on and on to the doctor about gregs symptoms. He suggested he take this nausea stuff he gave him and in time just monitor it and if it increases to get tests done in the future. So since then he has been ok some headaches here and there but I still worry, the doctor told him not to drive for the rest of the day monday and of course 3 hrs later my hsuband is in eagle mountain doing 3 installs. grrrr. Anyways that was our fun lagoon trip story. Happy birthday to kendal Ella & Mom. me & Greg got the girls matching tu tu's and aunt Jeni and Uncle Mike got them matching shirts to go with the tu tu's. We all chipped in and bought my mom this humidiyer she really has wanted , it's an essential oil thing u put in your house to spit out lavender and all those cool oils.here are some pics of our fun day
