eAsTeR 2013 & gReGS 27TH b-DaY

Easter is not one of my favorite holidays but I do love spring and all the cute clothes for this season. I love all the colors and being able to mix and match everything. This Easter we went to my moms as we do every year and' the kids had a Easter egg hunt . They were all so cute and I can't wait til Londyn gets to the age where she can do the hunts to. 

Greg's Birthday was kind of chill this year we didn't go out of town or anything we just went to dinner at buffalo wild wings and I got really sick after eating two wings and couldn't stop throwing up all night after that but we did mange to go birthday shopping for Greg and he got a lot of good stuff. I try to go shopping for him on my own and he loves what I pick out for him but he is such a perfectionist he would rather do it himself. I did get him some new Giorgio Armani Cologne though it's my favorite cologne of his. I love my husband so much and am so thankful for him. Like I always say he is going to be the best daddy ever to our little princess and I am so happy to spend eternity with him.Happy birthday baby

I turned 26!!!

Wow!! I don't know why but I am kind of worrying here ...I feel so old. I am that much closer to 30. I was ok with 25 but now that I am more closer to 30 birthdays are starting not to become so exciting anymore. But my birthday was a fun one as always. My family always go camping over labor day & we celebrate my birthday up there we have been doing this since I was 4. We love camping ,Greg & I both grew up camping and it's something we both enjoy & look forward to. This year however we only went up for one night because Greg booked us a suite at Westgates at the canyons in Park City. It had a jetted tub in the room and was huge. We went & did the zipline & coaster .It was Greg's first time doing a zip line & he loved it but half way down he started slowing down & I cruised right in to the end of it & he was not to happy his zip line didn't go that fast. They told us it's a guy & girl type thing. he didn't believe them haha. Greg totally spoiled me for my birthday got me way to much. He is such a sweet guy, I am so thankful for him he brings me so much joy & happiness. I live a very blessed life & even though I am getting old I will always be young at heart :)

gREG'S 26tH bIrTHdAy

I must say I am  very good at giving people gifts and trying to make them happy especially when it comes to my hubby. Just to see the smile on people's faces brightens my day. This year for Greg's birthday we did the the usual cake & Movie

 but I decided to  throw in a little extra surprise. I took Greg to hotel Park City. It is this beautiful resort & wasn't cheap but he is totally worth it. It was so nice just to get away and see my husband relax for once.We ate at ruth chris house,swam ,got in the hot tub plus there was a juquizi in our room with all u can drink starbucks.We also went & shopped & got caramel apples. It was such a nice little trip. I love my husband so much he is such a hardworking,responsible loving husband, I love you Gregory Burke

gReG'S 25TH B-DAY

So it's been almost a month since my husband had his 25th birthday & I finally get a chance to blog about how we celebrated. First of all I just want to say how jmuch I love this man he is truly THEE most AMAZNG man I know or have ever known. I know I say that alot and so do other girls about their husbands but after being through what I have been through I really mean that he truly is thee most amazing man. I never once in my life thought I deserved what he has given me but he has shown me how to love & trust again & he treats me like a princess. He is very honest especially with me he never bs's me, he works so hard to make our family comfortable, he is very affectionate & just as thankful for me as I am for him. For his birthday I rented a condo up at Wolf Creek & made sure it had a grill because Greg loves the bbqer and we wanted to have nice steaks potatoes & asparagus. The condo was so nice , we for sure needed some time away. Greg loved it and so did I. every year for Greg's birthday I post what I love about him for how ever old he is  so I want to name my  25 reasons I love my man!!!

1. He makes me laugh ALWAYS

3. He loves me just as much as I love him

4. He is a hard dedicated worker

6. he laughs at all the stupid things I laugh at

13. he supports me with everything I decide to do.

15. he gives me surprises out of nowhere

16. he would drop anything to help  those he loves

17. he is so cute with our sunbeams he is such a good teacher

18. he has helped me through the hardest times 

19. he holds me everytime I cry even if its over stupid petty stuff

20. he always wants to protect me from people he thinks are untrustworthy

21. he gives me hope for things I want so badly 

22. he is very spiritual

23. he is dedicated to the church & doesnt give in to spending on sunday

24. he is an amazing singer & he sings to me every night

25. he is everything to me & no guy has ever even compared to him , being married to him makes me forget all the losers in my past they will never hold a candle to my gregory I love him

mY 24tH bIrFdAy

 I am now 24 yrs old. that means one more year than I am half way to 50. YIKES. As some of you know I am a strong believer in making birthdays very special for my friends & family.....& I expect the same in return ha ha jk. This year we were actually in Utah for my birthday last year we were in Missouri. I had no idea what Greg had planned for my birthday on september 2,2010. The morning OF I woke up & it has been a tradition for Greg & I to go to Ihop for my birthday the last 3 yrs.

 So we were at breakfast & he gave me a list of ideas he had and told me to choose whatever my heart desired. Believe it or not in the whole 3 years Greg & I have known each other we have never been mini golfing!!!! So I chose boondocks mini golfing & go carts , everytime we have gone on the go carts Greg always gets the slow car ,I felt so bad but yet so happy I got the fastest car :) I kicked his butt in mini golfing & to be honest I am very proud :) ha ha. We than went to park city to go zip lining & do the coaster. It was a BLAST!!!!

  He would not tell me where he was taking me to dinner but told me to dress up nice but not over the top, so this gave me a chance to wear my new boots that I am absolutly in love with, Greg made fun of me because I changed outfits like 3 times that day ...but hey it was my birthday & I got what I wanted.I especially loved my presents....2 new pair of shoes & an outfit from nordstroms topped with a really cute perce ,this was not cheap for my husband :( but he was such a sweetheart about it.

To my surprise we pulled up to the Gateway & I instantly knew right away we were going to FLEMINGS steak house. A very pricy restraunt . The service was AMAZING we were the only people in there and it was so romantic. The waiter & manager even gave me a box of truffles and a nice birthday card signed by them. I was very impressed, Some of you know I am a steak girl I love love love steak... the new york cut I got was 15 oz & I ate all of it ha ha ha.

 Afterwards we were going to go see the Joseph Smith movie but we were so tired & I just wanted to go home get our jammies on,pop some popcorn & watch scary movies. I love scary movies. Greg hates scary movies. He sat through both of them with me and just held me tight. I know alot of people probably get tired of me saying this but I truly have thee BEST HUSBAND he genually cares for me & wants to make me happy, he is such a hard worker & is anything but lazy. I love you Gregory Brian Burke thank you for making me the happiest girl on the planet. I would also like to thank my parents they took us to texas roadhouse for my birthday and it was yummy, the people made me sitt on a sattle while they sang happy birthday I was bright Red. I am a very blessed & lucky girl.

11. I went through alot of frogs to get to my prince but it was worth it.Everything I thought was Love I was wrong when I met Greg I finally felt True Love
12. working hard to go to the temple & be sealed to my eternal companion was hard but we made it & words can not describe what that day was like when we were sealed for time & eternity
13. Be careful who you trust, you will be surprised with who would betray you.
14. Never give up, once you have accomplished certain goals you will look back & be so happy u didn't give up.
